About Us:

Aussie Pig Hunting

We are passionate about hunting. My first memories of my childhood involve hunting with my father. Thirty five years later, not a great deal has changed. I am privileged to have met a wife who shares my passion and together we pass on our love of hunting to our three children. Join us on our hunting journey and add your photos, join our competitions and share in the excitement that only hunting for wild animals can bring.

Welcome to Aussie Pig Hunting

Our very informative, up to date Aussie Pig Hunting site aims to cover as much of the hunting scene as we possibly can. Everyone from the hardcore, professional pig hunter to the once a year weekend warrior.

Although pig hunting will be our main focus, you will also find information on just about any hunting topic whether it is hunting dogs, which firearms to use, bow hunting and trapping. We have a dedicated section for Goat Hunting, Deer Hunting, Buffalo Hunting, Dingo Hunting, Fox Hunting, Cat Hunting, and Hunting Hares and Rabbits.

Enjoy our expansive gallery of hunting photos with your chance to win each month with our hunting photo competitions with categories such as best pig hunting photo, biggest boxed pig (confirmation of weight needed from box operator), best female hunting photo, best kids hunting photo and best action shot.

We encourage you to send in all of your hunting pictures to share with our viewers (at the authors discretion as this site is family friendly). Showcase your best live animal photos, send in pictures of your hunting rig, your decked out quad, hunting mishaps (bogged), your mounted trophies (taxidermy, tusks, horns, antlers and skins).

Our classifieds section is also popular where you can post a hunting vehicle, dog or hunting rack that you have for sale. There will be a lost and found page. There will be a forum where you can talk hunting or ask questions. Our events section will be kept up to date with the latest information so you can find out about dog a hog days and other upcoming hunting events and competitions. You are also welcome to subscribe to receive our newsletter.
